All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms outlined below. These Online Shopping terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at Strelitzia's discretion.

Strelitzia may correct errors or inaccuracies, change or update information on this website without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All items processed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Strelitzia will notify you by email if the confirmed price you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Strelitzia will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within periods indicated; however, Strelitzia will not be responsible for any delays beyond its control. If goods are not available or any known delay in delivery we will notify customers within 5 business days.

Once payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped via Australia Post at a flat fee of $10. Please allow 7-10 business days for your delivery.
If an express post delivery is required, please notify us by email when placing your order and a fee of $15 will be charged.

Shipping to an international address carries a flat rate of $35 for any order under 1.5kg. We will assess the weight of your order and if it is above 1.5kg we will contact you with a quote for the additional postage. Orders are sent via regular post.
Your parcel may take between 5-21 days

It is our company policy not to ship to post office boxes

The shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) have been shipped

If the delivery is to your home address please ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative such as your workplace address.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional charges may apply.

Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
