Australia

We offer free express shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $500. For orders under $500, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply at checkout. You can also upgrade to Express Post for $15.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order dispatch. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days for metropolitan areas and 2–4 business days for regional areas. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with your Australia Post tracking number.

New Zealand

We offer a flat rate of $30 for shipping to New Zealand, applied at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your Australia Post tracking number.

United States

We're pleased to have resumed shipping to the United States. 

Please note that all US orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes and/or custom fees imposed by US Customs. These charges are determined by US authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. 

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes and custom clearance fees must be paid by you.  

Orders refused due to unpaid duties, tariffs, taxes or customs fees are not eligible for a refund or return. We are unable to accept returns, provide refunds for parcels refused or returned for this reason. 

If you have any questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order. 

Rest of the world

We offer a flat rate of $50 for international shipping, applied at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your Australia Post tracking number.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and taxes vary by country and are not covered by Strelitzia.
