RETURNS IN STORE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange or return for a Credit Note within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for in store purchases.
Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund.
You have 7 days from receiving your order to:
- Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase to notify us of your desire to return the goods.
- Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with all labels and tags attached.
- For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear.
- No returns or exchanges on items purchased at 70% OFF or more
Need a different size?
If you wish to exchange an item for another size please return the item to us according to the procedure above and let us know what size you would like instead. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will ship you your preferred size, subject to availability, free of charge. Our free exchange offer is valid for your first item exchange per order only.
COST OF POSTAGE FOR RETURNS
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
